The resort is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially to my pregnant wife. It was a great choice for our honeymoon destination.

Resort was exceptional. Newly renovated, modern, very clean, and fantastic pool and facilities. Staff were the most friendly happy people we have ever met and very kid-friendly resort. best resort in Denarau

Staff are warm and attentive, it’s a beautiful resort, gorgeous location. Breakfast is fabulous and the variety is great, rooms are spacious, clean, bathrooms are large, plenty of bench space, good shower pressure. Beds are like clouds, we travel with our own pillows!!! Bula bus is good value!

We just got back from a 7 night stay at the Sheraton (2 adults & 2 kids). The room and facilities were very modern and clean. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our trip more enjoyable. Kids club was a huge hit with our 4 year old. Our stay included buffet breakfast which had a large variety of food, all restaurants were delicious and enjoyed by both adults and kids. Would definately recommend the Sheraton as we hoenstly didnt want to leave and we will definitely be back!

Everybody was so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make the experience great. The Villa pools were better for our teenagers than the main ones which were more suited to younger children. Handy to the port for island excursions. Was pleased we brought the breakfast and dinner plan as otherwise is very expensive to eat at the hotel and meant we didn’t have to go out again after big days out and about. The breakfast was great and dinner had a lot of variety including pizzas and sushi every night which kept my fussy teenager happy.

From the moment we arrived at the resort, the Sheraton team was great. Our days were incredible. The room was large and fresh, had everything we needed, and there was room service every day. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options for all tastes. The pool areas were always clean and organized. Restaurants and conveniences have different menus. The staff were always available to help. Every day there were programs to entertain guests. We felt very happy in this place. In fact, the location is perfect, easy access to the port, tours, airport and town. Thank you Sheraton team!

The hospitality at Sheraton is unmatched. They happily accommodated our every request and the friendly staff made our trip that much better. Everyone from porter, reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff was unbelievably pleasant - must be something in the water? I have travelled the world and Sheraton staff by far was the most genuine and professional people I have EVER come across. I will tell every friend and relative about them and encourage them to stay there. Cannot rate them highly enough Made our first stay with our 9 month old baby the easiest trip ever. The buffet breakfast and dinners were the stuff of royalty and some of the tastiest I have ever had.

The updated rooms were clean and modern. We stayed in a double garden room. The room was comfortable for 3 people. The breakfast variety was good but the temperature of the food was often cold. They had gluten free options and milk alternatives. The kids club was good and the staff were very friendly. Kids club costs $6 FJD per hour. The Sheraton permits you to use the Villas and Westin facilities. The Villas pools were by far the best. Drinks across all resorts were delicious and across the 3 mentioned you could charge room. Restaurant offerings were okay at these locations. However, the Raddison Blue restaurants were by far the best. The food, atmosphere and service was superior.
